We're seeking a dynamic Wellness Studio Supervisor to join our iconic hotel.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support. Maintain a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Manage appointment scheduling and optimize treatment room utilization. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the Wellness Studio area. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Promote Wellness Studio services and retail products to maximize revenue. Implement and enforce policies and procedures.
